Artesian Water Switching quarterly billing to monthly billing starting in April 2012.

NEWARK, Del., Mar 30, 2012 -- Artesian Water Company, a subsidiary of Artesian Resources Corporation, announced that it is converting its quarterly customer billing to a monthly billing cycle starting in April 2012.

“We are converting to monthly billing in response to our customers’ request. Monthly billing will enable them to better manage their budget and monitor their water consumption. It will help customers find leaks sooner, which will save them money and conserve water,” said Dian Taylor, chair, president and CEO of Artesian Resources. “It’s also a matter of convenience since most customers pay their other bills on a monthly basis and asked us to change to the same billing cycle.”

Customers will receive their first monthly bill in April. In addition, Artesian recently instituted e-Billing, a free electronic billing service. Enrolled customers have secure access to their water bills as well as free online payment options.

Customers who wish to enroll in e-Billing can enroll online ( www.artesianwater.com/e-billing ) by providing their 10 digit account ID and the mailing address zip code printed on the billing statement.
