The Bond Bill Committee has approved funding to keep the Polly Drummond Hill Yard Waste Site open for an additional year. 

Residents may use this site on Polly Drummond road to safely dispose of their yard waste

Open through June 30, 2019. Saturdays and Sundays only, from 8 a.m. until sunset.
(Across from the entrance to the Judge Morris Estate)




Polly Drummond Hill Road Demonstration Site is now open. The site will be open Saturdays and Sundays only, from 8:00 a.m. until sunset, until it closes permanently on June 30, 2019.

NCCPD National Night Out is Aug 6th 6pm-8pm at Delcastle Recreation Center.






NCCPD National Night Out is Aug 6th 

from 6pm-8pm this year and will be held at 
Delcastle Recreation Center. 

 Each year, National Night Out events are held across America to allow citizens and their police departments to display their continued partnerships formed to stop crime.  This event helps to heighten crime and drug prevention, generates support and participation in local anti-crime programs, strengthens the bond between the communities and the police and sends a message to the criminal element that the police and neighborhoods are united in efforts to stop crime.


The event is open to the public.  There will be activities for children and adults.  For more information, please contact the County Police Community Services Unit at (302) 395-8050.
