This is an informational meeting for civic association leadership that would include Delaware Department of Insurance Commissioner Navarro, New Castle County Constituent and Police Community Services along with Delaware State Police as well, to answer any questions you might have around civic associations. This meeting is only for board leadership of civic associations throughout our districts.
