Good job for the amount of snow.

When will people learn NOT to throw snow off the cars or when they shovel out don't throw it out back into the NICE plowed streets. You would think after getting mad about the bad plow jobs we had that they should show a little respect and keep the streets clean once they have been cleared.I thought it was against the law to put it back in the road.If not it should be.

I'm sorry to say that the plowing could have been a lot better. Yes we made the call to have our plow contractor come and plow. I received a call @ 12:52 am this morning that a driveway was plowed in (understandable) but when i arrived i found the pile of snow was taller than my truck right at the bottom of the driveway (100 BLK Armstrong Ave). Took me 15 min. to move with an 8' snow plow. After being out all night plowing I returned to the Terrace, the streets are not cleared all that well piles of snow on some corners that were NOT passable. I have racked up a lot of hours helping clean up the plow guys mess. And I'm not looking for anything for doing it.Either they don't care or don't know how to plow snow. This matter needs to be looked into. Yes I do have almost 21 years of plowing snow under my belt so yes i can give a professional opinion on the snow plowing.

I agree that this needs to be looked into. After last year and now this one. WHO is picking the plow contractors?Do they know what they are doing? How much of the Terrace money is he being paid to do a crappy job? There are ALOT of questions That need to be answered. All the terrace thanks you (Phil) for cleaning up after the plow guy and doing a job that you shouldn't have had to do.You should be in charge of finding a good contractor with your professional experience. This shows that NOT ENOUGH THOUGHT is being put into Brookland Terrace matters.Anybody should know that you don't just hire anyone to do such a important job.
