We have a report of a water leak in  Brookland Terrace

At the Patch at 107-141 Maryland Ave Wilmington De 19805 at Ohio Ave

Seems to be wet all of the time & has increased in the last months .

Not sure if it is water main or storm drain .

Would seem unlikely as storm drain starts just across street from location see drainage easement map below
