About the Portal
The
Recorder of Deeds and The Office of Administration are proud to
announce the new Community Association Portal centralizing services and
information for Maintenance Corporations, Condominium Associations,
Condominium Cooperatives, and Civic Associations. This site is designed
for homeowners, prospective home buyers, and community association
elected officials.
Community Association Document Search allows the general public to access
recorded governing documents free of charge. This includes Declarations
of Maintenance, Maps/Plans, Restrictions, By-Laws and Amendments, and
Miscellaneous Real Estate document.
Common Interest Community Ombudsman
The
State of Delaware Attorney General Office has created an Ombudsman
position for residents to contact about community associations.
Christopher J. Curtin has been appointed to this new position.
