CONCERNING CIVIC CLUB DUES PAYMENT OPTIONS: We need a payment method, other than merely physical checks alone, to pay our dues. We need a more modern and up-to-date method for the contribution of our yearly dues. I, and I am surely not alone, have not personally written out a physical check in at least five years. I don't even own any checks to utilize for that purpose. And, at 65 years of age, I'm not exactly in love with the whiz kid technological answers to the physical challenges faced in our society. So this is not a desire rooted within a nominal sub-culture in our society. This reality of a no check scenario is mereely a reflection of the times that we live in. We need another solution to the payment scenario other than physical checks. And possibly, if alternative payment options were available, your rate of return on the yearly dues might also improve some (at least hopefully).
The most obvious choice for an alternative payment source would be for the Civic Club to accept payments thru this website. I know for sure that a modern, up to date, standard in the community proposed online payment methodology would at least provide me with the ability to finally pay my dues.
