NCCPD IRS SCAM Alert
UH OH, AT IT AGAIN!!!! There is currently a phone scam where the caller pretends to be a police officer from NCCPD and is asking you to pay your IRS legal fines via gift cards. Be advised, police will never ask you to pay a fine over the phone or with a gift card!
