RED CLAY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUIREMENTS FOR FACILITY USE DURING COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

 RED CLAY CONSOLIDATED SCHOOL DISTRICT

REQUIREMENTS FOR FACILITY USE DURING COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS

(Information may change to meet updated regulations from the State of Delaware)

Organizations interested in renting Red Clay facilities must provide documentation outlining how the activity complies with Delaware State of Emergency Declarations. Organization must provide signed, written acknowledgement that the group is responsible for all safety protocols to comply with state recommendations regarding Covid-19.

The Organization MUST connect with the school’s Chief Custodian regarding entry, exit, and cleaning procedures during the activity.

Custodians are not responsible and will not be involved in any cleaning during the activity. Custodians will do a routine cleaning after the event. If the organization or Chief Custodian are not comfortable with the plan, they must contact Facilities Manager, Marcin Michalski to resolve the concerns prior to the event

Use is contingent upon the organization’s compliance with the set protocols. If we observe that they are not adhering to this, we will terminate use with no refund.

The rental agreement is ONLY approved until students return to school.  At that time, we will reevaluate to determine how the usage coincides with the district’s needs, safety protocols, etc.

Any internal use of space during “remote instruction” takes precedence over outside rentals.

**The above is in addition to the Twenty-Sixth Modification of the Declaration of a State of Emergency for the State of Delaware Due to a Public Health Threat
