Delaware Housing Assistance Program (DE HAP)

If you are having trouble paying rent because you lost your job or had your hours cut back due the coronavirus pandemic check out the information below:

Up to $1,500 in assistance is available through the newly created Delaware Housing Assistance Program.

To be eligible, applicants must live in Delaware, provide documentation that their employment or income has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, and meet certain income restrictions.
