Brookland Terrace Sewer Cleaning - 60% of the system needs to be cleaned

Good morning Councilman Sheldon, we have investigated 90% of the Brooklyn Terrace system and need a DELDOT permit to complete the investigation.  

We anticipate finishing by the end of the month.

We have found at least 60% of the system needs to be cleaned.  

I understand the issues the residents experienced in the past.  

We will be using a new type of cleaning nozzle that should prevent the blowbacks from occurring again. 

 We will also inform you, Mike and the HOA president when the cleaning will start.

Rob Roff will keep in touch with the actual cleaning schedule.
