Good afternoon all,

Checking in to let you know that the contractor to perform the felled tree clean up has called to get all utilities marked. Those utilities will be marked next week. We expect to get an estimated start date soon.

Have a great weekend,

Good afternoon Chuck,

Thank you for following up. The area was initially inspected on October 8th, and since then, our team has continued to monitor the location. We have listened for a leak multiple times at the surrounding valves and services but had not detected any indication of one. Because we were not hearing a leak, there was nothing at that point to warrant excavating the area.

Our inspector returned again today. While he still could not hear a leak, there was enough water for him to collect a water sample. Testing detected fluoride in the sample, which may indicate that the water is coming from our system. I do want to note that ground water can have naturally occurring fluoride however based on that result, we will investigate further to identify the source and determine the appropriate next steps.

I will keep the group updated as we continue to investigate this. Thank you for making sure this stayed on our radar.

Sincerely,

Ginney
