51,000 people in New Castle County mistakenly received a property tax bill

Good morning,

              For those of you who don’t yet know, on Thursday, a vendor that the County’s Department of Finance uses mistakenly sent out County Tax bills to 51,000 residents. They plan to send a letter out acknowledging the mistake but in the meantime, feel free to let your friends, family, and neighbors know. Those who have an escrow account with their mortgage lender do not need to act.
