Armstrong Middle of 300 Block - Reported April 2014 - work order # 622469"Del-Dot " The location is scheduled for video this week assuming the weather holds.  We believe the issue may be with a sewer or water line.  I’ll update you once the video is complete in terms of findings and patch forward."

Curb Issues 

Sinking Curb 100 Armstrong Ave -  Reported April 2014

Del-DOT "The damage appears to be the result of a water line issue.  It appears to have been marked but we are waiting for confirmation through Public Works on the status of the repair work by the utility.  It is our expectation that they should have fixed this curb if they have already made their repair but if it is still pending we will make sure Public Works is aware of the need to replace this section.  I’ll circle back with you once they can determine the status with the utility."

400 Block Ohio - Reported May 2014- Del-DOT" there is a permit “NC-0177-14G” in the system for this project submitted in May 2014, we will be inspecting the work"




400 Armstrong Ave - Reported May 2014  Fixed Week 30 July DEl-DOT " there is a section of curb to be repaired by Artesian Water, they are going to send someone out to assess it. There is a future road project in this area, we will coordinate with the project to ensure we get the curb replaced in time."
