Pike Creek Golf Course Update
There will be oral argument on the pending motions in the golf course litigation on October 3, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the Wilmington Courthouse, 500 North King Street, Wilmington, DE 19801. Argument will be presented to the Superior Court Judge assigned to all pending cases. Councilman Sheldon wanted to keep you informed of the progress of this case. This hearing will be open to the public; however, there will not be an opportunity for public comment. If you do attend, you will need to look for the scrolling screens in the lobby that will give the courtroom information for that day. If NCC v. PCRS is not on the screen, please ask the guard at the desk behind the metal detectors for the appropriate courtroom for the 11:00 AM argument before Judge Parkins.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our office.
