There was an exploratory plan submitted for the corner of Fox Den Road and Polly Drummond Hill Road.
They are planning a 24-bed, 52,000 square foot hospice facility on the 17.93 acres.
There will be a public hearing regarding the plan on Tuesday, August 4th beginning at 7 PM in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Gilliam Building, 77 Reads Way, New Castle, DE. It is the last item on the agenda.
