WILMAPCO is holding the third and final Public Workshop for the Newport Train Station Feasibility Study on Thursday, June 14 from 4 to 7 PM, in the Old Newport Town Hall at 15 N. Augustine Street, in Newport.
This will be an open-house style workshop, with project presentation boards and staff available for the entire 3 hours; however, there will be two presentations given, at 4 PM and 5:30 PM. Please stop by at any time during the workshop to find out the draft results and recommendations of the study, and have a final chance to voice your opinion on this project.
Please distribute this to any interested individuals and civic groups within the study area, which covers SR 141 from New Castle to Fairfax. You can contact me with any questions or comments. Thank you for your interest in this project. We look forward to seeing you on Thursday.
