County employees may submit online employment applications through NEOGOV. You can view posted positions athttps://www.governmentjobs.com/careers/nccde.
You can apply online by clicking on the job title in which you are interested, and clicking on the "Apply" link. If this is the first time you are applying using NEOGOV, you will need to create an account and select a Username and Password. After your account has been established, you can build an application by clicking on the "Build Job Application" link. This application can be saved and used to apply for future job openings.

Upcoming COVID-19 Testing Events
Hello Community Leaders,
Please see below a list of free COVID testing locations happening this week, a few
Today, beginning at 10:00am until 2:00pm testing will be taking place at Baltz Elementary School located at 1500 Spruce Avenue. If you are unable to participate today, testing will be available again in the 13th District on Thursday June 11th at Conrad School of Science. Additionally, there are few other locations that will be taking place around the 13th District.
You may pre-register and reserve a timeslot at Delaware.curativeinc.com, but they will also accommodate walk-ins. You can find updated testing events in New Castle county at nccde.org/covid19
The test is a simple, self-administered, oral swab and results typically come back by email within 2-3 days.

Please Read Important. Potential Protest Information
This is what Director sent
So we were made aware of a group staging a protest from 12 to 1pm on Friday outside of Ferris and New Castle County Detention Center.
We are working with law enforcement to make sure our youth and staff are safe.
Our campus will not be moving during these time periods for security reasons.
It is our understanding that notification to the surrounding area will be made by law enforcement.
We will continue to work on this issue and I will provide you with any updates that I can. Hopefully, this is a peaceful and short protest.
